Dietetic Technician


The Dietetic Technician is responsible for daily routines and functions in order to see that all patients receive meals in a timely fashion and the meals meet the Physician order and patient preferences.


  • Writes nutritional assessment of patient's needs by gathering and interpreting medical and social records and submits to supervisor for approval
  • Reviews and maintains files of diet orders and nourishment to inform food services of patient's needs.
  • Informs physician of patient's dietary problems, including requesting reviews or renewals of diet orders.


High School diploma/GED plus 2 years of experience in customer service. Ideal candidate is team-oriented and has great customer service skills.


Salary: $21,827annually ($10.50 hourly)
