The Project Manager will be responsible for community relations, designing of materials, event planning, and project implementation for community-based disease management projects for the Office of Community Health and Research. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for sustainability planning to support continuation of the projects.

Bachelor's degree in health, sociology, psychology, business or related field plus four years of project manager experience. Graphic design knowledge and experience required. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure, both independently and interdependently. Must have mature judgment, as confidential information is routinely encountered. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to follow oral instructions. Proficient with Microsoft Office required. Must have, or be able to obtain, a valid Arkansas drivers' license with current automobile insurance and reliable car for moderate travel to UAMS in Little Rock, AR and surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current state mileage reimbursement rate). A state vehicle is not available. Occasional out-of-state travel required.
