The Research Associate will be responsible for working with the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation to provide support to Office of Community Health and Research in writing, evaluation, and documentation of work performed by the Office. Work will be completed consistent with the requirements of funders and publications where articles are submitted.

Master's degree in a health, business or other related field plus three (3) years of research experience. Preferred - PhD in Health, Business or related field plus two (2) years of research experience.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong problem solving skills; able to understand and analyze complex human subject research issues; ability to work independently and interdependently; experience with Microsoft Office required; excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to follow oral instructions; ability to work under deadline pressure. Must have mature judgment, as confidential information is routinely encountered.
Valid AR drivers' license required with current automobile insurance and reliable car for moderate travel to UAMS in Little Rock, AR and surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current state mileage reimbursement rate). A state vehicle is not available. Occasional out-of-state travel required.
