The Assistant Research Professor fulfills the educational, research, and patient care goals of the organization including assisting in teaching residents how to develop, fund, perform, collect data, and report on research projects. This position will work towards independent research projects and support. The duties of Assistant Research Professor contribute in the effort to further the mission of UAMS: To improve the health and health care of Arkansans.

M.D. or PhD, in the specific discipline; plus 3 years of post-doctoral experience.
