The Community Health Coordinator will be responsible for management, implementation and coordination of aspects of the Healthy Bodies, Health Souls NIH funded project.

Salary:  Negotiable


Manages relationships with multiple community stakeholders. Coordinate community advisory board meetings and other community stakeholder meetings.


Manages data collection appointments.  Ensure that data collected from participants is correct and work with research coordinator to ensure quality controls.



Bachelor's degree in health business or related field plus three (3) years of project coordinator, community health/education or management experience - OR - high school diploma or equivalent plus seven years of project coordinator, community health/education or management experience.  Experience with Microsoft Office required.  Valid AR drivers' license required with current automobile insurance and reliable car for moderate travel to UAMS in Little Rock, AR and surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current state mileage reimbursement rate). A state vehicle is not available. Occasional out-of-state travel required.

Must have mature judgment, as confidential information is routinely encountered.
