The Intermediate Compensation Analyst conducts analysis on jobs, salaries and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the UAMS pay practices.

The Intermediate Compensation Analyst in responsible for:
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field plus four (4) years of accounting and/or financial reporting or compensation administration experience required. Must have intermediate skills in MS Excel and basic level of competency in PowerPoint and Access.
Prior to interview, selected candidates must complete the UAMS MS Excel assessment to demonstrate intermediate level skills required to successfully meet job demands.
