    The Intermediate Compensation Analyst conducts analysis on jobs, salaries and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness and legal compliance of the UAMS pay practices.

    Annual Salary: $60,000 


    The Intermediate Compensation Analyst in responsible for:

    • Making recommendations for salary grades or market rates for specific jobs
    • Assisting in the development of incentve programs and the administration of performance review or merit-rating programs
    • Reviewing salary increases for compliance with UAMS's policies and budgets
    • Participating in or conducting market surveys
    • Other duties as assigned



    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field plus four (4) years of accounting and/or financial reporting or compensation administration experience required.  Must have intermediate skills in MS Excel and basic level of competency in PowerPoint and Access.  


    Prior to interview, selected candidates must complete the UAMS MS Excel assessment to demonstrate intermediate level skills required to successfully meet job demands.
