    The Project Management Associate will analyze, design, and develop documentation for custom healthcare software applications using tools appropriate for the task, and will perform project tasks such as software application testing to facilitate understanding of the systems being documented.  Assignments involve an understanding of highly complex systems and routinely includes key business systems and mission-critical applications.

    Salary:  Negotiable


    • Determine system requirements with users by investigating existing systems, gathering data via interviews, etc., assimilating data, identifying and relating information flow including manual tasks and governing policies to determine inputs, processes and outputs;
    • Conduct testing for systems, applications and workflows by documenting the findings of research in a clear and concise language which assists in the training of the user community for which the documentation may be directed
    • Provide training to end users, including training classes and individual help, working closely with both the user community and technical community to develop accurate documentation that adds value to the corresponding application.
    • Administer and support custom and vendor business and healthcare software applications: Create required documentation and specialized training material to assist in the training of end users. Create required test plans and documentation to support vendor based and custom systems.
    • Provide leadership and perform additional responsibilities as needed.
    • Serve as a trainer for any of the systems for which documentation has been developed. 
    • Other duties as assigned, including some local travel.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field of study with no experience required - OR - a High School diploma plus 2 years experience using one or more of the following documentation tools: Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Captivate, Adobe PDF Professional, Microsoft Project, or various image capture software. 


    Must be able to demonstrate current or past documentation creations.

    Must have the ability to manage multiple projects, overcoming obstacles and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment. 

    Must have strong communication skills, including writing and spoken language in order to work closely and effectively with co-workers and end-users.


    Current and valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    Clinical Research and electronic data capture system documentation experience.

    Working knowledge of database concepts and programming languages. 

    Healthcare or Healthcare Insurance documentation experience.
