Under general supervision, the Systems Administrator Senior provides accurate, timely support and creative solutions to Linux server administration, end user server issues, and storage system management. Scope of work includes architecture, configuration, maintenance, testing and documentation of servers and storage systems, peripheral components and other applications relative to the server and storage environments.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field of study plus five (5) years of IT system administration experience in a large, complex environment with two (2) years supporting Linux and two (2) years supporting storage area networks - OR - a High School diploma plus 9 years of the above listed experience.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science plus 5 years of IT experience with two years supporting RedHat or CentOS Linux.
Two years of experience installing, configuring and maintaining storage systems, for example, XIOtech, Dell PowerVault, IBM, EMC, Hitachi and others.
Five years administering two of the following: Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Server backups, VMWare Server, or Physical Server hardware.
