Salary: Commensurate with experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent plus two (2) years of customer service or healthcare experience. Computer/basic keyboard skills, telephone etiquette skills, and general knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners required. Medical terminology competent within three (3) months of hire.
Must be able to perform all duties of the Access Coordinator I and be able to support patient care activities as needed.
Knowledge in basic medical terminology preferred; registration experience is preferred.
