  • Overview

    The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordination/logistic/outreach/support of Research Evaluation Division Faculty. This position will participate in team meetings, oversight of purchasing, print projects, and arranging vendors for events/trainings throughout the state. The Program Coordinator will work closely with project manager and other team members to accomplish project goals. This position will be responsible for oversight of project travel including policy and ensuring travel requests and reimbursements are correctly processed.

    Responsibilities

    Program Coordination: Provides coordination/logistic/outreach/support for various aspects of the faculty of the Research Evaluation Division.  Sets up and participants in team planning meetings and supports faculty.  Provide oversight of large-scale marketing efforts (i.e. email, mailings).  Provide logistical support for events and trainings around the state including identifying and arranging training/event locations and vendors.  Oversees print, production, collating, and packaging of project materials.   Monitor multiple participant sites and timelines to ensure fulfillment of all required deliverables.  Work closely with faculty and other team members to accomplish goals. Activities include organizing materials to conduct home visits or phone survey of families with parents of young children.  Flexible schedule and ability to travel locally required. 

                           

    Literature Reviews and Document Editing:  Assist faculty as needed in preparation of application for the Institutional Review Board approval and ensure implementation aligns with evaluation. Assure that all research faculty citations are updated in multiple online systems.  Perform related responsibilities as required or assigned.

     

    General Office Duties: Compiling data and preparing evaluation reports. Other routine clerical duties including answering phones, copies, fax, filing, distribution of reports and additional projects as assigned.  Skill requirements demand intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word and Excel, entry - intermediate level skills in PowerPoint and other methods as required. High level of accuracy in work is required. Ability to manage multiple projects essential.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration plus 2 years of program coordination experience OR High School diploma/GED plus 6 years of program coordination experience required.
