  • Overview

    **This position is Temporary; Located in Northwest, AR**

     

    The Administrative Analyst will support the admissions and clinical education components of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, as well as the research and scholarly activities of the faculty in the Department of Physical Therapy.  This includes supporting 8 full time core faculty and our adjunct faculty performing research activities for the department.

     

    Salary: $29,251 or  $14.06/hr

    Responsibilities

    • Correspond with clinical sites re scheduling of internships, site contact info, changes in internship schedule
    • Maintain clinical education database and records
    • Enter data; generate statistical and informational reports independently. This includes preparing forms and correspondence for students and clinical sites, and generating reports relating to the specific functions of the department.
    • Verify and maintain student Clin Ed records (immunization, CPR…)
    • Maintain the Clinical Site Files and Facility Binders
    • Maintain adjunct clinical faculty records
    • Provides administrative support to department Admissions Chair for admissions process:
    • Respond to general inquiries about the program and admissions
    • Refer specific questions (minimum criteria and unique circumstances) to the Admissions Chair
    • Monitor and communicate with our centralized application service (PTCAS) as directed by the Admissions Chair
    • Coordinate selection of interview date and PT volunteers for interviews
    • Receive and process the Statement of Intent from accepted students
    • Maintain roster of accepted students and track required documentation
    • Schedule/coordinate recruiting and tours for department at school grad fairs Cross-Train Clinical Education Secretary in admissions procedures
    • Other Duties as Assigned.

     

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree OR High School diploma/GED plus 4 years of administrative experience required.
