    The Project Management Senior  supports the Project Management Office (PMO) by managing large scale, enterprise-wide projects (including all formal project-management processes, activities, and artifacts related to such), functioning as a business-analyst, systems-analyst, workflow-analyst, and meeting facilitator.

    Salary:  Negotiable


    • Works with little supervision, exercising appropriate judgment and operational considerations
    • Supports all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects primarily for the PMO
    • Responsible for participating in the team’s work and task management of assigned teams
    • Performs data collection and root cause analysis of barriers to success, and offers potential solutions to stakeholders
    • Communicates clearly and often, as well as documenting, following, and enforcing approved change control procedures
    • Drives and facilitates coordination of efforts required from technical teams, vendors and operations to ensure that system integrity is maintained and that IT deliverables meet operational business needs
    • Prepares activity and other reports as necessary.
    • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation
    • Defines project scope and objectives
    • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
    • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
    • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
    • Provides guidance to project team and possibility be a company expert on specific technologies
    • Other duties as assigned


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associates degree plus seven (7) years of experience listed above, that includes (five) 5 years of total combined experience in leading teams/projects
    • Able to work in MS Windows and client server environment; knowledge of information system software development standards and associated hardware resources
    • Must be current with 1 of the following: Project Management Institute’s PMP (or other select PMI certifications), Lean, or Six Sigma Black Belt or hold a degree in Project Management.  PMI certification is required within 1st year of employment
    • Ability to manage projects with systems and networks, as directed
    • Must have experience with Microsoft products – Project, Visio, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
    • Strong writing, collaboration skills and attentive to details are a must.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical Health-care, Business or related field plus five (5) years of experience in Project Management, IT, (or a combination of the two) that includes three (3) years of total combined experience in leading teams/projects
    • Experience with Microsoft Project Server, and ServiceNow experience
    • Basic business & system analysis skills
    • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
