This position has responsibilities in all aspects for the coordination for in-house contractor as well as licensed contractors for new and renovated UAMS facility construction projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for on-site inspections, supervision, administrative functions, financial accounting, communications, schedule, and coordination during all phases of the renovation/construction project. The Project manager will work closely with the architect/engineer and commissioning authority to ensure project is delivered as designed and commissioned.
