The Practice Manager manages the day to day revenue cycle and Access outpatient operations of a service line or multiple service lines within the Integrated Revenue Cycle (IRC). S/He is responsible for unit performance that meets or exceeds the unit standards; promotes positive interaction with the medical staff; and serves as an advocate for enhanced revenue cycle performance within the unit. S/He supervises staff and ensures all policies and regulatory guidelines are followed and is responsible for ensuring the unit provides the highest level of customer service.
