The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Stem Cell Transplant/Hematology works under minimal supervision. A Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides to the department expertise not routinely available in the pharmacy staff. The abilities these individuals have may include a broad background in specific clinical areas (such as hematology/oncology and total parenteral nutrition), or the individual may have expertise in specific pharmacy management areas (such as information systems, drug utilization evaluation, or investigational drugs).

Salary offered commensurate with experience
Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 residency - OR - at least 3 years previous clinical experience in stem cell transplant and/or hematology/oncology
Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY2 residency in Oncology
Five (5) years experience working as a clinical pharmacist in stem cell transplant and/or hematology/oncology
