    The Intermediate Clinical Application Analyst supports IT Patient Systems. Acts semi-independently under general supervision, requiring some instruction and guidance. Supports system applications, PB. Is knowledgeable and proficient in supporting their team’s primary application(s) and also works to gain an increased understanding of overall system integration and functionality.

    Salary offered commensurate with experience


    • Responsible for building system components, testing, implementation support and maintenance of assigned system applications.
    • Performs analysis, trouble shooting and data collection, and then reports findings related to reported system issues.
    • Analyzes/reviews and tests each product release and communicates needed changes to operations.
    • Must be able to document and follow system change control procedures.
    • Works closely with other analysts, software vendors and operations to ensure that system integrity is maintained and that IT deliverables meet operational business needs.
    • Researches, analyzes, and works with other team members to facilitate and implement business and system work-flows in order to expedite process improvement and coordinate business practices.
    • Identifies best practices and works with team to implement opportunities for standardization.
    • Prepares activity and other reports as necessary.
    • Provides some guidance and mentoring to more junior analysts.
    • Attains necessary certifications, as applicable, in a timely manner according to policy.
    • Provides On-Call support for applications.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Health-care, Business, IT or related field plus 3 years of IT experience or clinical experience or any combination of the two - OR - Associates degree in Clinical, Health-care, Business, IT or related field plus 5 years of IT experience or clinical experience or any combination of the two - OR - High School diploma plus 7 years of IT experience or clinical experience or any combination of the two
    • Certifications:  In accordance with IT Epic Certification Policy, must be certified in below application(s) or able to obtain certification within 90 days (per application) of the last required class.
      1. Epic Resolute Professional Billing
      2. SBO Certification
      3. Resolute Professional Billing Claims Administrator
      4. Epic Resolute Professional Billing Electronic Remittance
