  • Overview

    The Post-Doctoral Fellow will conduct independent research on cancer and work and assist in grant writing and research on health disparities in work role functioning among cancer survivors across the life course. The position is for three years.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with the State Health Department to develop new grant ideas
    • Conduct independent research using existing data and publish results
    • Submit research grants as PI and Co-I
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Doctoral degree in public health or other related field by the position’s start date. Experience in longitudinal data analyses is required. Experience publishing is also required.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Degree in public health, sociology or psychology.
    • Grant writing experience.
