The Bilingual Outreach Associate assists the team in providing cultural and in-language assistance to families and individuals affected by COVID-19, including providing information, resources, translation of materials, and interpreting services. S/He will work closely with a care team to ensure appropriate support is provided to individuals.

Salary: $35,568 annual


  • Coordinates and manages relationships with individuals and families needing assistance due to COVID-19.
  • Works with the care team to develop best practice processes, translates materials, and provides interpreting.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Two (2) years of outreach education or administration experience
  • Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish/English or Marshallese/English and be able to translate documents and interpret in small and large group settings
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent interpersonal  and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to work independently and interdependently
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure
