This includes provision and scoring of mental health screening tools and rating scales. This could include administration of individually administered IQ and achievement testing if needed. - Documents testing activities in the medical chart and in final testing reports as requested by the lead CDU psychologist. This role includes working with the CDU lead psychologist in explaining psychological evaluation findings to patients and families during their stay and as part of the discharge process. - Participates in scheduled treatment team or other clinical meetings and will be expected to provide progress reports on each patient at least once per week during treatment team meetings. While some of these required meetings such as treatment team are scheduled at specific times each week, some meetings such as those to finalize diagnoses may be set the day before or day of a discharge.   - May perform other duties as assigned.
