The IPSC serves both graduate and undergraduate programs in the College of Nursing therefore collaboration with graduate nursing faculty to develop, plan, and facilitate simulation at a higher level may be required. The IPSC works closely with the UAMS Simulation Center and the Office of Interprofessional Education on the Little Rock campus, as well as the Simulation Center on the Northwest Arkansas campus. The individual is expected to maintain collaborative working relationships with all associated personnel. This faculty member will have responsibility for scheduling simulations and labs within the College of Nursing’s IPSC and at other UAMS affiliated lab/simulation sites.  Occasional travel to Northwest Arkansas may be required. The Associate Dean for Academic Programs will have general supervisory responsibility of personnel and operation. The IPC Coordinator will be responsible for immediate supervision, direction and collaboration with the faculty member and Course Coordinators.
